Network Marketing – Building your Online Dream
There are immense profits to be made online in Network Marketing, just do a search on google for MLM or Network Marketing Companies; and this why people flock to these business models during a Recession. However, I do warn you, it is Important to do your research first, before buying in to hype or promises, that lead you to despair instead of profit.
Yes it is natural to be skeptical, if this is new to you, and all the advertising that claims that you can quick rich quick. Make no mistake about it, yes you can make a very sizeable income in the Network Marketing Industry, but, yes there is a but, be smart, do your research first.
After being in the Network Marketing Industry for over 10 Years, I have met some very wealthy distributors and they all have the same principle, they understand that this is a long term venture, and they have a plan in place. As the saying goes, Help enough people to get what they want, and you will get what you want Ten Fold.
Prospecting
Prospecting is the Core of Network Marketing. Your in this business to meet people and network with them, not be a sales men or women and push products, down there throat. New prospect’s are looking for the benefits, or whats in it for them. Give them the truth up front, whats required of them to find results and most of all support them in there journey.
Self Development
True Network Marketers have a system in place that can direct people into Self Development classes, to teach them the skills to be a leader and a teacher. Self Development is important not only being a entrepreneur, but it helps significantly as a role model in your family. If your looking into Network Marketing for the needs of your Family, or just a better lifestyle, Self Development is crucial, especially if you have children. Kids are molded by what there parents teach them, and they pick up things that we do while growing up. If they see mom and dad learning, they want to do it too, or follow our foot steps.
Leverage
Veteran Network Marketer’s understand this most important principle, but for new people its probably not clear, or there is a vague understanding how this works. Leverage is the power behind this industry and this is what attracts people to work hard at it. For example, lets say you owned a sales company and had 10 sales agents that sold for you and each of those 10 agents sold a $1,000 a day in product, so in turn that would mean you made $10,000 a day. So in a nutshell the more agents you have the more you make, simple right?
Training and Marketing
Another area you want to check into when joining a Network Marketing, first is training, do they have trainers in place that do weekly webinars, to help there organization grow. This is important, because being independent online, we need to develop the skills necessary to be able to recruit and lead new people in to the business. Also is Marketing, at this point one can wonder who is training who. If these so called trainers are having you buy leads and pick up the phone and call them, that’s not marketing, or loading leads into your autoresponder, this is a crock and doesn’t work to well for the average person. The key to Network Marketing is to target the people who are looking for you. This concept is referred to as Attraction Marketing. Network Marketing is a numbers game, whether its offline or online, there has to be a system in place that funnels people. So look for mentors that have a marketing funnel in place and can teach you, how to funnel people through your system to see results.
